I was stunned when I read recently in a Buddhist magazine about his experience with the panic attacks. My own naive thinking led me to believe that such a thing would be unthinkable in the Tibetan culture.

i have had worse p.a ever…..and i have gone to the depths of darkness in my head…i know how it feels and i have conquered it….this man is no help….if u wanna conquer ur fears not just panic attack all sorts of fears tht we human live in…no one is normal..u need to see the delusion of ur thoughts…ur thoughts make ur so called reality..but there is another reality…beyond logic..beyond thoughts..and tht is real u…free of fears…try to find urself

There were no terror attacks against Israel from Palestine.
